Your tasks

Supporting your team on the road to success
Technical and disciplinary management of the scheduling team
Conducting regular feedback meetings
Monitoring and controlling scheduling - Developing solutions in the event of delivery delays
Improving delivery reliability, planning optimal order quantities and ranges in the supply chain
Disposition for selected main product group
Vacation and sickness replacement in the team
Close cooperation with colleagues from product management, accounting and sales
Responsibility for compliance with the purchasing strategy and internal guidelines

Your qualification

Successfully completed training in wholesale and foreign trade management, industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk or a comparable qualification (m/f/d)
As a team player with a strong organizational talent, you think analytically and work in a solution-oriented manner, and you are characterized by a hands-on mentality
You are communicative, open-minded and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
You have already gained initial management experience and enjoy working with people
Several years of professional experience in the international procurement of commodities as well as in ship handling / container procurement including customs clearance
Good knowledge of English, other languages also welcome
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and ERP systems
A high degree of initiative, resilience, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
