Area Sales Manager Bavaria / Württemberg in the field (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager Bavaria / Württemberg (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Qualified and independent support for wholesalers and selected craft businesses
Targeted sales of our products through conviction and customer-oriented thinking in problem solutions
Budget and sales responsibility for the sales territory
Constant and structured observation of the market and competition, analysis of changes and development of proposals for sales management
Reporting and analyzing the sales figures achieved to the sales manager
Close cooperation with colleagues in the field and back office

Your qualification:

Completed technical and/or commercial training
Several years of sound experience in field sales, preferably in the HVAC industry, also in direct sales to craftsmen
Sales personality with proven success in sales and customer development
Very good reasoning skills, based on a high level of technical understanding and a quality-oriented mindset
A high degree of initiative, independent and team-oriented working style, strong closing skills and confident communication skills at various levels
Good IT skills, especially in dealing with MS Office programs
Willingness to travel (class B driver's license required)
Initial experience in hybrid selling is an advantage
