More than seven brands belong to us – from well– known valve brand HSE up to the innovative brand Vortex for industrial water pumps. Hermann Schmidt GmbH & Co KG employs 70 people and has its seat in the heart of the Ruhr area, in Essen.
For decades we are known as specialists for fittings and distribute our quality products for industrial applications to different branches, which are processing mainly threadable steel pipes.
As well-known provider of quality valves we have an experience of more than 30 years. Main-focus is based on brass valves for housing technology as well as red bronze valves for industry installation.
We operate the heating business mainly as sales agency business for well-known
manufacturers. Today the proprietary business bath- and design radiators is also part of the business unit under the brand CALDO radiators.
The business unit sanitary has its origin in the sales agency business. Today we are operating theses business as proprietary business with the brand S.I.T. sanitary technology, which comprises plastic products.
