Your tasks

Operating the switchboard and forwarding calls to the desired contact person
Welcoming and greeting our guests from Germany and abroad
Processing and scanning incoming and outgoing mail
Taking on administrative tasks such as freight inquiries, checking freight invoices, statistics, ordering and managing office supplies, parcel service

Your qualification

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or office clerk
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the same or a similar position
Confident with Microsoft Office
Quick comprehension and flexibility
Independent, careful and structured way of working
High service orientation as well as a friendly and positive demeanor in the team and on the phone
Ability to work in a team, initiative, resilience and a high sense of responsibility
