Les robinets sont utilis\u00e9s dans les installations de chauffage et dans les installations industrielles. Les volants rouges et jaunes sont disponibles en diff\u00e9rentes versions. Notre offre comprend une vaste s\u00e9lection pour les exigences les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Vanne \u00e0 guillotine<\/h3>\n<p>Les opercules sont utilis\u00e9s pour fermer ou ouvrir compl\u00e8tement les tuyaux en section transversale lorsqu&#8217;il y a un \u00e9coulement. Ils sont souvent utilis\u00e9s pour la coupure. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces mesures, des t\u00e2ches de maintenance dans les domaines suivants sont par exemple possibles. Les robinets bronze sont disponibles sous forme de vanne \u00e0 opercule sans vidange avec volant dans diff\u00e9rents dimensions.Les versions ont un filetage int\u00e9rieur et sont adapt\u00e9es au niveau de pression jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 20 bars et \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 160 degr\u00e9s.Le spectre des fluides va de l&#8217;eau froide et chaude aux huiles et graisses min\u00e9rales en passant par l&#8217;air et le gaz. Grace \u00e0 ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s les robinets \u00e0 volant rouge-jaune satifont aux normes de qualit\u00e9 les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3>Vanne<\/h3>\n<p>D&#8217;autres variantes des raccords rouge-jaune sont les vannes. Ils sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s pour contr\u00f4ler les liquides et les gaz dans les pipelines. Comme pour la vanne \u00e0 vanne, la vanne s\u00e9pare un flux de liquide, mais \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une pi\u00e8ce de fermeture sp\u00e9ciale. Ce corps de blocage est soulev\u00e9 et abaiss\u00e9 via une tige filet\u00e9e et se ferme contre les surfaces d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du bo\u00eetier de vanne. Dans le cas du tiroir, par contre, la fermeture s&#8217;effectue par des plaques qui sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9es perpendiculairement \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9coulement du liquide. Les vannes rouge-jaune sont disponibles, par exemple, en tant que vanne directe dans une conception lourde. Cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sans vidange est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#8217;un joint en T\u00e9flon. Une vanne \u00e0 manchon droit avec un joint m\u00e9tallique dans une conception lourde est \u00e9galement disponible. Les deux vannes sont en bronze \u00e0 canon RG 5 et atteignent la pression nominale PN 16.<\/p>\n<h3>Clapets anti-retour<\/h3>\n<p>Les clapets anti-retour sont une autre version des raccords rouge-jaune. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments de contr\u00f4le permettent de diriger les \u00e9coulements de liquide exclusivement dans un sens et d&#8217;exclure d&#8217;\u00e9ventuels reflux. Les clapets anti-retour robustes rouge-jaune en bronze RG 5 sont disponibles dans de nombreuses dimensions et vont jusqu&#8217;au niveau de pression PN 16.<\/p>\n<h3>Gunmetal\u00a0: particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corosion<\/h3>\n<p>Les raccords rouges et jaunes sont en bronze \u00e0 canon, un alliage de cuivre avec du zinc et de l&#8217;\u00e9tain. Il est extr\u00eamement r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion et, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa teneur en cuivre, faible en d\u00e9zincification. Le mat\u00e9riau \u00e9conomise des ressources car il est obtenu \u00e0 partir d&#8217;anciens raccords.<\/p>\n<h3>Ins\u00e9rez correctement les raccords bronze<\/h3>\n<p>Afin d&#8217;obtenir la fonction optimale des raccords, il est important de concevoir correctement les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de commande. Il est avantageux d&#8217;utiliser des composants de haute qualit\u00e9 dans les installations de chauffage et dans l&#8217;industrie. Les raccords rouge-jaune en bronze \u00e0 canon, avec leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s exceptionnelles, offrent aux utilisateurs la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qu&#8217;exigent les pipelines ou les processus des syst\u00e8mes industriels.
