Red-White-Valves
Red-yellow valves are high-quality components which enable the control and regulation of material flows in pipelines or boilers. The devices are used in heating installations and industrial installations. The control elements with the red and yellow handles are available in different versions. Gate valves
Gate valves are used to completely close or open pipes as they flow through the cross-section. They are often used for preliminary shut-off. With the help of these measures, maintenance tasks in the following areas, for example, are made possible. Red-yellow gate valves are available as sleeve gate valves without drain with handwheel in various dimensions. The versions have a female thread and are suitable for pressure rating PN up to 20 bar and temperatures up to a maximum of 160 degrees. The range of possible fluids extends from cold and hot water to mineral containing oils and greases to air and gas. With these properties, red-yellow sleeve valves achieve the highest quality standards.
Valves
Other variants of the red-yellow fittings are valves. They are also used to control liquids and gases in pipelines. As with the gate valve, the valve separates a liquid flow, but with the aid of a special closing part. This locking body is raised and lowered via a threaded spindle and seals against the sealing surfaces of the valve body. The gate valve, on the other hand, is shut off by means of plates that are moved perpendicular to the flow of liquid. Red-yellow valves, for example, are available as sleeve-type globe valves in heavy-duty design. This shut-off element without drain is equipped with a Teflon seal. A heavy-duty socket valve with metal seal is also available. Both valves are made of red bronce RG 5 and reach the pressure rating PN 16.
Swing check valves
Non-return valves are another version of the red-yellow valves. These control elements make it possible to direct liquid flows exclusively in one direction and to exclude a possible backflow. Red-yellow sleeve-type non-return valves made of red bronce RG 5 in heavy-duty design are available in numerous dimensions and reach up to pressure rating PN 16.
